Ben Colgan

Ben Colgan is a Musician, Teacher, and Theatre Music Director in the Greater Boston Area. He started piano at 6 years old, and was singing before he could talk. Early in life, Ben took an interest in technology, music, mathematics, and became an avid reader. He was a gigging keys player by middle school, always teaching and learning from others along the way. By high school he was music directing theatre regularly.

Known for his upbeat, patient and supportive personality, Ben encourages students to create and flourish. His students take an interest in music hardware, software, and personal creative development. Ben dedicates most of his time to gigging around the city, working with students, and playing with his band.
