|
Thank you for supporting the Dedham School of Music!
Your gift helps support our mission to provide a supportive environment for musicians of all ages and abilities to perform, create, appreciate, and learn to play music. Founded in 2008, DSM is part of the fabric of our community, offering private lessons for a variety of instruments, and classes and ensembles designed to embrace multiple ages, skill levels, and interests. Our DSM video & Annual Report will give you a glimpse into what we are about. |
DONATE TO DSM'S HARMONY FUND
|
Thank you for donating to DSM's Harmony Fund!
Your donation to the Harmony Fund will designate your funds to scholarships for students in need. In addition to providing financial aid for students for private lessons, the Harmony Fund also supports our programming at the Dedham Housing Authority residences as well as financial aid for those participating in ensembles or classes that have a demonstrated need. DSM believes that everyone should have the opportunity to experience music regardless of a family's ability to pay for lessons or classes. We launched the Harmony Fund in 2019 to ensure we are able to live out our mission in improving access to music for our community. Your contribution will help us to do that. The true beauty of music is that it connects people. It carries a message, and we, the musicians, are the messengers. - Roy Ayers |
DONATE TO THE SABIA SCHOLARSHIP
|
Thank you for your donation to the Rose Ann and Salvatore Sabia Scholarship at Dedham School of Music!
Your gift helps support our mission to provide a supportive environment for musicians of all ages and abilities to perform, create, appreciate, and learn to play music. The Sabia Scholarship was founded in honor of the parents of our Executive Director, Jody Sabia Pongratz. Sal and Rose Ann were President and Vice President of their high school band and raised four children in a musical household. In honor of the 70th anniversary celebrated in April, 2023, this scholarship was started to provide financial assistance to those who are unable to afford private lessons or classes. This fund will support our Harmony Fund for Financial Aid in addition to providing scholarships for students for studying music in college. |
