Acting the Song Masterclass
led by Voice Faculty Richard Weingartner

Transform your singing through acting techniques and create inspiring performances. Every song is a story. Every story is a journey. We will prepare for that journey together and discover the character inside the song.

Details: Dec 1, 7-8:30PM at Dedham School of Music at the Dedham Community House.  The participants should be adults or high school students with some voice training.  Please bring a copy of the music and a copy of just the lyrics printed out to the workshop.   Since this is an acting class participants need to wear clothing that does not restrict their movements.

Last day to sign up is this Wednesday (11/30) by noon!

Reminder that families need to let the office know if they are not continuing for term 2.  We will assume that you are continuing with your same teacher and time slot unless we hear from you by December 1st per our DSM policies. 

Bills will be sent in the coming weeks for the 2nd term.

Dedham Community Band will be performing at the Dedham Holiday Stroll, Friday December 2nd.

The Dedham Community Band will also be performing at "Light the Night", Oakdale Square Alliance on Saturday, December 3rd and Saturday Dec 11th at University Station at 11:30am.

Come join the fun and hear some holiday music from the band.
