Yes we do. Once you are set up with our registration portal, you can make payments online, by card or e-check.
I've sent in my registration & tuition fee and I have A lesson time. Where do I report?
DSM is located on the 3rd floor of the Dedham Community House at 671 High St. (Please note that piano lessons all take place on the first and second floors of the house; your teacher will tell you which location). However, we also have a classroom location at MBACC, so be sure to check with your teacher prior to your lesson.
I haven't received a bill yet for my/my child's lessons. Why?
We do all of our billing online via email. There may be a typo in our email address, or perhaps our emails are going into your spam folder. Please contact us immediately if you are not receiving emails.
We send an electronic bill to your email at the very beginning of the semester (or as soon as we receive your registration form). If payment has not been received within one week of the electronic bill being sent, a $40 late fee is added to cover the cost of our teachers. The late fee can be waived in certain instances; you can read more about our policies here.
I want to know my current balance.
We are transferring all payment services to an online portal, where you can have access to your information 24/7. If you have any questions, just reach out to us and we would be happy to help you.
My child takes Classes at the Dedham Community House as well as lessons with DSM. Can I pay with one check?
No.While DCH generously provides the space for our office and lessons, we are two separate non-profit organizationsand do not share operations.
My child is in An Elementary music class in the Dedham Public Schools/Kilmer School/Channing school. Can I send my payment to the school/my child's teacher?
No.While our programs are run in partnership with these schools, DSM is responsible for running them. The schools' administrative offices are not involved in any way. Please always direct any questions, concerns, or payment to our office.
I have to cancel my lesson today - how can I let you know?
Please contact your teacher as soon as possible. If you cannot connect with them, let the office know either by email or call at 781-441-9372. Lessons cancelled after 12pm on the day of will be charged the full amount.
